Getting to travel to Venice with one of my oldest and best friends was already a dream, but getting to take her engagement photos while we were there made it even better. Truly, what a cool trip. Built-in models who were down for anything? Say less. We wandered the streets of Venice all day with cameras in hand, stopping wherever the light felt right. We ate pizza, counted pigeons in the piazzas, danced along the canals, laughed until our stomachs hurt, and obviously ended the days with gelato. It was one of those trips where the photos almost feel secondary to the memory of it, but at the same time, I’m so grateful we captured those moments. A wonderful vacation, a beautiful session, and one more chapter added to a friendship that’s already seen so much.
