TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Travel fees help cover the time and travel logistics involved, including transportation, lodging, and anything needed to arrive ready for your event.

  • A $500 flat travel fee applies to locations 100–200 miles from Portland, Oregon.

  • A flat travel fee of $1,500 applies to locations more than 200 miles from Portland, Oregon, within the continental United States.

  • For international bookings, travel costs can vary significantly based on destination and dates. Because of this, international pricing is tailored individually to reflect actual travel expenses and event needs. Please get in touch for a personalized quote based on your location and event details.
