GARDEN OF EDEN

OREGON CITY, OR

- CHATEAU DE LIS -

This gallery was created during the Love Loud Retreat, a multi-day experience centered around uplifting queer creatives, artists, and vendors through intentional collaboration and community. Hosted by Katelyn Servedio Photography, the retreat brought together artists to create work that felt expressive, connected, and deeply human.

“Garden of Eden” unfolded at Chateau de Lis in Oregon, where overgrown greens, soft light, and layered textures created a space that felt both grounded and a little otherworldly. There was a sense of stillness to it, like stepping into something ancient, intimate, and quietly alive.

Working with Landon and John was effortless in the best way. Their connection felt natural and unguarded, playful one moment, deeply tender the next. Nothing felt forced or overly directed. Instead, it was about giving them space to exist together, to move freely, and to let whatever unfolded be enough.

The details carried that same sense of intention, rentals from Arden Event Collective grounding the space with texture and structure, while florals by Emma Bryant Creative brought in a wild, organic quality that felt like it had always belonged there. And the cake by Little Banana Bakery was such a standout, adorned with fondant snakes that felt perfectly on theme, it looked almost too cool to eat… and somehow tasted even better. Every element worked together to create something immersive, something you could almost step into.

This shoot became less about recreating a story and more about capturing a feeling, connection without performance, intimacy without expectation, and beauty that exists simply because it does.
