This session was just a sweet excuse to celebrate love and take some family photos with my best friend, her husband, and their dog Walter, who absolutely believes he’s the main character of the story. And honestly… he might be right.

Walter brought so much personality to the whole shoot, running around the beach, stealing attention, and keeping all of us laughing the entire time. Watching the three of them together made it clear that he’s every bit a part of the family.

It was one of those perfect Oregon Coast days, oft light, ocean air, and plenty of space to wander. We got to walk along the beach, take photos, and just spend time catching up at one of our favorite places. Getting to photograph my best friend’s life as it grows and changes has always meant so much to me, and sessions like this feel less like work and more like freezing little moments of a story I’m lucky to witness.
