Nick’s senior session at Bald Hill Natural Area in Corvallis was such a meaningful one for me. He’s the younger brother of my college roommate and good friend, so getting to photograph this milestone in his life felt like a real honor.

The hills and open fields at Bald Hill made the perfect backdrop for the afternoon, and it was such a great setting to celebrate everything he’s accomplished so far. Watching the younger siblings of people you went to school with grow up always feels a little surreal, and it’s pretty amazing to see the person they’re becoming.

Nick has such a bright future ahead of him, and I know he’s going to do incredible things. I’m so grateful I got to capture this moment before he steps into his next chapter.
