Getting to photograph Joanna and her husband’s baby announcement felt incredibly special to me. Joanna is a dear friend, and over the years I’ve been lucky enough to capture so many of the big moments in their lives. Being invited to document yet another chapter, the beginning of their journey into parenthood, meant so much.

It was such a beautiful day to celebrate the new life that’s about to join their world. The excitement, the anticipation, the quiet joy between them, you could feel it in every moment. They are going to be such wonderful parents, and this little one is already so loved.

Moments like this are such a reminder of why I love what I do. Getting to witness life unfolding and preserve these memories for people I care about is truly a gift. I can’t wait to watch their family grow and to meet the little one soon.
